The Challenge
A 1990s colonial with good bones had been updated piecemeal over the years, leaving mismatched finishes, dated fixtures, and a floor plan that no longer matched how the family lived.
Our Approach
We phased the renovation room by room so the family could stay in place throughout, starting with the kitchen and primary bath before carrying a consistent material and lighting palette through every remaining room, refinishing the original oak floors along the way.
The Result
The home now reads as one considered renovation rather than a decade of patchwork updates, with every room speaking the same design language.
