The Challenge
A small, dated guest bath felt like an afterthought, with barely enough room for a tub-shower combo and none of the finish quality found elsewhere in the home.
Our Approach
Even within a modest footprint, we fit a deep soaking tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and a floating oak vanity with warm brass fixtures, running natural stone tile floor to ceiling in the wet zone for a cohesive, spa-like feel.
The Result
Guests now ask which hotel the fixtures came from, and the homeowners consider it the best-reviewed room in the house.
